3 Levels/Sessions
- Low-Intensity Memory Workout – Session 1: Try to complete the session in 45 mins – 1 hour
- Medium-Intensity Memory Workout – Session 2: Try to complete the session in 30 mins – 45 mins
- High-Intensity Memory Workout – Session 3: Try to complete the session in 25 mins – 35 mins or lesser
Drill Process
Three Sessions – Each session takes between 45 mins to 1-hour minimum. You need 3 hours to complete each chart.
Note – You need a minimum 5 to 15-minute break for each session. DO NOT do all in one session without a break.
Also, Split the sesssions into different timings to maximum output on the day.
E-g Session 1 or Session 1 and 2 – Morning
Session 2 and 3 or Session 3 – Evening
